85 year old male with fast heart rate

Here is an EKG that was found on the unit as I was coming into work.

 

85 year old male patient taken to the hospital the medic call this rhythm Junctional tachycardia the heart monitor called this rhythm Atrial Flutter with predominate 2:1 AV Block.  What do you think?

  1. I would agree with the monitor, except for the QTi which is likely masked by the F-waves.
