The conclusion to 75-year-old man chest pain

Here was his initial ECG

His ECG after catheterization

His angiogram revealed a blockage of the Circumflex

This patient was initially taken to a local ER and was then airlifted 35 minutes to a PCI center where he received a Cath. There was already a STEMI pt in the cath lab so the patient had to wait an additional 38 minutes before being placed on the Cath table. D2B time was 69 minutes. Total D2B time from initial arrival at first ER was 2 hours and 33 minutes.
