Conclusion to 95 year old chest pain

Patient presented with severe chest pain. EKG showed extensive anterior Infart with ST-elevation. Catheterization documented an occluded Left Anterior Descending Artery (LAD). The LAD was opened with balloon angioplasty and stenting. Discharged 4 days later.
